Life has been known to throw us curveballs which can be difficult to process on our own, during these times it may also be difficult to talk openly and honestly about how these changes may be impacting your mental health, sense of self, physical health etc.
While not a Psychologist (yet)I am experienced in assisting persons experiencing personal crisis, while I cannot give you all the answers or solve all your problems, I can listen, and help you figure out what your options are, or what you need to do to get through this time.
